To ensure the comfort of the registrants, we make several requests:

  • Please turn off telephones/beepers. There is no cell phone service in the auditorium.
  • Nametags must be worn daily, especially on entering the building.
  • No recordings on any media – audio, video, or digital – are permitted.
  • There are two ladies rooms and two men’s rooms on this floor. One set is located in the front of auditorium on either side and one set is located at the back of the lobby area on opposite sides-please look for signs or ask for assistance
  • Food and beverage is not allowed in the auditorium per our SUNY contract – if you choose to enter with food or a beverage, please discard items after each day in the trash bins located outside of the auditorium.
  • CME certificate will be available online. An e-mail will be sent to you with the link to easily connect you to our program site. You will be ask to complete the online activity evaluation, once completed you will be able to save and/or print out a copy of the certificate for your records.
